Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged by misuse
